Devin O’Rourke is a Los Angeles based filmmaker. After graduating with a film degree from The University of Texas at Austin, he’s spent over 15 years as an editor at major studios such as Sony, Discovery and Fox, helming marketing campaigns for shows such as Jeopardy! and Cobra Kai, winning Shorty and Promax awards along the way.

During this time he has created a number of award winning films, wearing multiple hats on each project. His 2018 short film, Anything I Can Do won Best Micro Short at Portland Comedy Film Festival and he earned a Best Director nomination for Happy Monday there the next year, as well as a Best Low Budget Short nomination at London Short Film Fest. Right On marked his first collaboration with Zach Green. It was nominated for Best Comedy Film at Oregon Comedy.

He and Green co-wrote Foil, a buddy sci-fi comedy feature which premiered at Dances With Films in 2023 and was distributed by Good Deed Entertainment in 2024. The film won Best Sci-Fi Feature and Best Acting Duo (O’Rourke and Green) at Sherman Oaks Film Fest.
